This position has come about due to growth in their team. A fantastic position for a progressive candidate looking to make a step up from Accounts Payable team member into management or for an experienced transactional team lead or supervisor.

The role involves…

  • You will be responsible for Full-Cycle Accounts Payable processing including examining, verifying and reconciling a variety of transactions for all the Accounts Payable team
  • Subject matter expert for Accounts Payable
  • Ensuring team reach processing targets
  • Lead the payment process for all businesses
  • Own the aged creditors for the Accounts Payable team, distribute and manage
  • Management of the Accounts Payable inter-company processing and reconciliations
  • Dealing with high level internal and external suppliers enquiries
  • Automate as many suppliers to electronic invoicing as possible
  • Production of monthly KPI data for Accounts Payable Manager

You will need to have at least 3 years experience in accounts payable whether that is as an accounts assistant or in a purchase ledger team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Accounts Payable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Be a great team player with a positive attitude

There are good transport links available to the location, and free on site parking, easily commutable from Plymouth, Bodmin, Launceston or St Austell. Hybrid working is available with a minimum in office requirement of 2 days per week.
