Salary: £31,000 per annum

Hours: 9 - 17.15 (flexible hours available)

Hybrid working: 2 days in the office | Parking on-site

Senior Accounts Payable Clerk duties include:

• Overseeing a junior member of staff
• Quality checking settlement runs for suppliers
• Checking for unapproved supplier credit notes
• Weekly aged debt credit report
• Managing queries relating to accounts payable
• Daily reporting on P2P stats
• Working closely with the managers to report on payment exclusions

Skills and experience:

• Strong attention to detail
• Exposure to mentoring or managing a small team
• Demonstratable high-volume AP experience
• Intermediate excel skills
