Accounts Payable Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Accounts Payable Supervisor for our client who are a leader in what they do with a global presence. Thy are innovative and offer bespoke smarter solutions for their customers which are not only better for their customer but also the planet.

Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Supervisor role:-

• Supporting the Accounts Payable Assistants, with guidance an advice
• Responsible for month-end procedures to be completed on time
• Completing multi-VAT purchase ledger invoices
• Reviewing queries with departments and working with them to reduce non-conformance's
• Checking ledgers to ensure completed accurately
• Reviewing process's to ensure they are running effectively

What we are looking for:-

• Supervisory experience in an accounting function
• experience in ensuring KPI's are met
• Understanding of ERP systems with understanding to finance and accounting packages
• Ability to build strong and effective relationships within a business

Location - Kempston, Bedford

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000
