A great permanent opportunity for a full time Accounts Payable Specialist role based near Manchester Airport with flexible hybrid home working available.

Description

The duties include:

  • Issuing and maintaining Purchase Orders
  • Accurate coding and posting supplier invoices
  • Generating payment runs
  • Keeping ledgers up to date
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Resolving queries

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience with end to end Accounts Payable - Essential
  • Be a strong communicator - Essential
  • Have experience with high volume invoice processing - Desirable
  • Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail - Essential
  • Have intermediate MS Excel skills - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £27,000 + Hybrid home working + Pension + Parking + Progression
