Xpert Resourcing have a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and very supportive business with a real focus on team work and development.

**Own transport is essential due to the office location**

The ideal candidate will have around 6 months + basic accounts experience and be studying their AAT (or about to) and have previously used Sage or similar accounts software. Study support is also provided.

3 days in the office and 2 days from home (Monday to Friday).

Duties will include:

  • Assume responsibility for the Purchase and Sales Ledger.
  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices.
  • Carry out payment runs, expense claims, petty cash and credit card purchases.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries when necessary.
  • Assist with credit control duties during busy times.
  • VAT invoices.
  • Producing Aged debt reports.

Experience / skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills (Intermediate minimum)
  • Good working knowledge of Sage
  • Team player

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
