We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will handle all areas of accounts payable within this retail business.

Description

  • Handle all areas of accounts payable.
  • Process vendor invoices and credit memos.
  • Perform account reconciliations regularly.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support the accounting team in monthly close processes.
  • Participate in financial audits as required.
  • Assist with other accounting projects as needed.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an accounts payable role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
