Job Opportunity: Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk

Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records related to our procurement activities. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact our success.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices promptly and accurately.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Reconcile supplier statements with ledger records.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Familiarity with VAT in relation to the purchase ledger.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a purchase ledger role.
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage experience preferred).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
