THE GIG Working in a fast-paced team for the Accounts Payable Team Leader - EMEA, the Accounts Payable Assistant EMEA will be expected to own and manage a selection of EMEA’s supplier accounts and assist the wider team, dependent on business need, across the EMEA entities. As our Accounts Payable Assistant EMEA you will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for processing invoices, maintaining supplier accounts, and aiding in resolving aged transactions as per weekly KPIs.
  • Process employee expenses based on business needs.
  • Assist in monthly reconciliations of supplier statements for timely review by the Accounts Payable Manager.
  • Aid in maintaining the log of pending invoices for the EMEA region.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader and offer assistance to the wider team as needed.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
  • Essential knowledge and preferably previous experience in a purchase ledger environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) is highly desirable, especially in retail, multi-currency, and multi-site settings, along with working with European subsidiaries.
  • Understanding the significance of accuracy in nominal ledger postings.
  • Desirable intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, follow up on issues, and ensure resolution.
