Three Bridges Recruitment are delighted to be working again with a global law firm with offices across Scotland. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to work in the Glasgow office on a hybrid basis. This role would suit a junior finance professional looking to build a career with a vastly well-renowned company.

Job

The role of Accounts Payable and Expenses Administrator will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Processing of supplier invoices and payments
  • Reconciliation of payments and administration of Vendor Portal
  • Handling of expense claims and related system administration
  • Collaborating with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy
  • Engaging in continuous improvement projects within the Accounts Payable function

You

As an Accounts Payable and Expenses Administrator you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Solid experience in an Accounts Payable role within a professional services firm
  • Familiarity with financial software,
  • Ability to deliver work to a high professional standard
  • Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adeptness at multi-tasking
