As An Accounts Manager:

  • Plan and oversee the work for different client portfolios, making sure tasks are distributed among supervisors, seniors, and trainees.
  • Act as the main point of contact and expert for each client, overseeing all work done for them.
  • Manage relationships with clients.
  • Ensure accurate billing and record-keeping within your team.
  • Assign tasks based on team members' skills, making sure they have the right support.
  • Assist department heads in budgeting and resource planning.
  • Introduce new ideas and share knowledge with team members.
  • Play a role in developing the department as a whole.
  • ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Eligible to work within the UK without requiring sponsorship
