RG Consultancy are working with a very well established SME in Stockport who are looking for an Accounts Manager to support the finance function of the business. You will report to the Managing Director and join a small finance team.

The Role

  • Oversee purchase, sales ledger and credit control
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, accruals and pre payments
  • Cashflow and bank balances
  • P&L balance sheet reports
  • Processing payments
  • Supplier statements
  • VAT Returns
  • Work closely with payroll (support when necessary)

The Person

  • AAT qualified would be an advantage
  • At least 5+ years experience within accounts management
  • Experience within a stand alone accounting role
  • Managed/overseen an assistant or a small team
