Job Title: Accounts Manager - Software Xero

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Their objective is to deliver unmatched quality within stipulated timeframes and budgetary constraints.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Management accounts - Assisting in producing management accounts for a group of companies including maintaining fixed asset register, posting prepayments, posting accruals, reconciling all balance sheet accounts, budget analysis
  • Bank - General bank duties such as making payments, recording daily bank movements, reconciling bank transactions
  • Analysis reports - Weekly cost reports produced on Excel and reconciled to system data
  • VAT and CIS - understanding of CIS and construction related VAT
  • Purchase ledger - Reconciling purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and managing supplier payment runs, subcontractor invoice processing
  • Payroll - Processing salaries
  • Experience using Xero Accounting software

SALARY RANGE

Up to £55,000 depending on experience.

WORKING HOURS

Full time permanent.

40 hours per week.
