An outstanding local Accountancy Practice is seeking an ambitious ACA/ACCA Qualified Accounts Manager or an established Manager with aspirations to progress to Partner. This role offers the chance to become a vital part of the leadership team, managing a diverse and impressive portfolio of clients, providing technical support to Partners, leading client meetings, and overseeing junior staff.

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients, including planning and reviewing work.
• Review statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP and FRS102.
• Lead and manage teams of junior staff, providing guidance and support.
• Address technical queries and provide solutions.
• Oversee billing management and ensure timely invoicing.
• Engage in business advisory work to add value to client services.
• Assist in business development initiatives to grow the firm’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• ACA/ACCA Qualified with post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in leading or managing junior team members.
• Excellent working knowledge of FRS102 and other relevant accounting standards.
• Strong management experience with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a client portfolio with excellent client service skills.
