Accounts Manager

My client is a automotive repairs company based in Winsford. Due to the current incumbent leaving the business they are recruiting this role on a permanent basis into their finance function, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organisation who offer a brilliant working environment with a tight knit team who help each other to achieve the companies goals.

As an Accounts Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of accounting up to trial balance. This will include managing both the purchase and sales ledger from start to finish, reconciling bank accounts and dealing with queries from customers and suppliers, as well as processing accruals, pre-payments and journals and assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts pack. You will also be responsible for running the payroll from start to finish for all employees of the organisation.

This role will suit a candidate who has experience in a varied transactional accounting position as well as processing payroll. If you have used Sage 200 and Sage Payroll this would be highly advantageous to your application but is by no means essential.

The salary on offer is paying up to £35,000 dependant on experience with a £5,000 bonus, the role is based onsite five days a week but there is some flexibility on start and finish times. They also offer a fantastic working environment with a real team ethos.
