Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Watford 

Salary: £25,000- £28,000

Availability for role: Now

Job Specification:

  • Handle telephone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
  • Enter supplier invoices into the system accurately.
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Process customer credit application forms and establish credit limits.
  • Manage credit collection from customers.
  • Complete supplier questionnaires as required.
  • Send out customer statements in a timely manner.
  • Process customer credit card payments efficiently.

Skills Required:

  • Reliability: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and fulfil responsibilities.
  • High level of accuracy: Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining precise records.
  • Confident communicator: Able to interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Xero experience: Proficiency in using Xero accounting software.
  • Unleashed experience preferred: Familiarity with Unleashed inventory management software is advantageous.
  • Values-driven: Shares the ethos of giving more than taking and working as part of a close-knit team.

Hours:

  • Flexible hours, suggested Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
