CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting our Weymouth, Dorset client, who is currently in need of an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Our client is a successful construction business, who is looking for a proactive, inquisitive Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Manager in the day to day accounts and in additional projects.

What responsibilities will the Accounts Assistant include?

  • Processing Purchase ledger invoices;
  • Completing end to end monthly payroll for c75 staff;
  • CIS submissions;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • VAT returns;
  • Liaising with internal and external parties.

The suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant role;:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role;
  • End to End payroll experience;
  • Highly advantageous to have previous CIS experience;
  • AAT qualified or Qualified by experience;
  • Ability to work in a hands on busy role.
