The Role
The position of Accounts Assistant is a constantly evolving role that can offer fantastic career development and exposure. The role will begin as taking responsibility for transactional finance including process improvement, before progressing to assist with month-end and management accounting. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years practical finance experience around transactional processing/accounts payable. Month-end exposure would be advantageous but not essential.

- Reporting to Finance Manager with dotted line to Head of Finance
- Ownership of transactional finance and accounts payable
- Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
- Month-end close
- Assisting with management & financial accounts
- Assisting with budgeting & forecasting
The role is based in Edinburgh with excellent flexible and hybrid working. The position will offer:
- £28,000 base salary
