Accounts Assistant required. Our client is a renowned plastering company with a diverse range of services including drylining, plastering, suspended ceilings, and partitions. They have established a reputation for excellence, consistently earning rewards for their contributions to projects.

They are now seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities - Accounts Assistant

  • Input CIS wages into Sage 50 accounting software
  • Ensure accurate recording of contractor payments in compliance with CIS regulations.
  • Manage general administration duties
  • Coordinate Health & Safety (H&S) training sessions for employees
  • Arrange Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) schedules and maintain records
  • Develop and update Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for projects to ensure safety compliance

Qualifications - Accounts Assistant

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 and experience with accounting software
  • Experience inputting CIS wages

Remuneration - Account Assistant

  • Salary DOE
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays - Increases 1 day every year up to 5 years
  • Free parking on site
  • Company pension scheme
