Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves working closely with a qualified Accountant to assist in managing accounts across the Group. The ideal candidate would be a team player who is passionate about their work and thrives in a close-knit team environment!

• Processing invoices on a daily basis and completing three-way matching
• Managing monthly supplier payment runs
• Completing reconciliations for supplier statements and company bank accounts
• Creating sales invoices and allocating payments
• Managing petty cash and expense processes

• Be a proficient user of Microsoft packages including Excel and Word 
• Have previous Accounts experience or working towards an Accounts related qualification
• Have experience with Sage 50, although system training can be provided
• Be a confident communicator that wants to be a part of team

• One-to-one experience working alongside a qualified Accountant, where you can soak up all of their knowledge!
