We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a local, forward thinking, fast growing company as their new full time, permanent Accounts Assistant in Blackpool FY3.

Hours as Accounts Assistant - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Salary as Accounts Assistant - c£20-23k, depending on previous experience

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant, to join our client's existing, growing team. They are happy to see candidates at any stage of their accounts career, from just starting out and wanting to get your foot onto the first rung of the ladder to being more experienced.
In this Accounts Assistant role, you will be responsible for some of the day to day Bookkeeping duties for their clients.

These Accounts Assistant duties will include:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Job Reconciliations
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • BACS Payment Runs and sending remittance advices
  • General Administration Tasks



The ideal candidate for the Accounts Assistant role will be competent in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word & Excel, have good administration and organisational skills, the ability to manage time and prioritise work, attention to detail and a good telephone manner. They will also want to progress through the role with the aim to manage their own clients and submit monthly reports. Experience of QuickBooks is preferred but not required as training will be given.
