SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant required for a fantastic opportunity with a predominant employer in Nottingham. This is a contracted role for 9-12 months including hybrid working as well as other great benefits.

Duties include:
- Month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Postings to the Cashbook ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily cash summary
- Processing credit card transactions
- Reviewing, processing and payment of expenses
- Provide monthly expense trend analysis to Finance Director
- Complete transport Direct Debits, posting and rejections
- Checking new supplier details
- Processing payment runs
- Processing ad hoc payments
- Completion of Auddis File

As the Accounts Assistant, you will need to have experience of the above. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills and be a strong team player. The successful candidate will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and reflect this in their daily commitment to the business. This role is suitable for someone with limited experience and is eager to learn or someone who is fresh accounting and finance graduate looking to secure their first role within accounts.
