We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage our financial transactions and ensure our books are accurate and up-to-date. This role is critical for our Telecommunications, as it contributes to our financial health and long-term success.

Accounts Assistant

  • Accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Review and post employee expenses
  • Prepare budgets.

Profile

A successful 'Accounts Assistant' should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
