Accounts Assistant 


Scania Financial Services have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join the team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting daily cash flow and treasury loan requirements, handling daily pay-outs and approving expenses for processing. You are organised and proactive with the ability to work well as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily payment run.
  • Deal with purchase ledger enquiries.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Report daily cashflow and monitor funding requirements.
  • Process credit card expenses.
  • Assist with month-end reporting requirements.
  • Support with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements.
  • Address any incoming queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Arrange new loans from Treasury in accordance with business needs.

MEET THE MANAGER
Eva is the Accounting Services Manager and has been with Scania Financial Services for 17 years, starting as Accounts Assistant.  Eva is looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a keen eye for detail, and who is ready to contribute effective solutions and improvements when required.
