Are you an ambitious individual seeking an entry level or settled role in Accounts?

Reed Accountancy Oxfordshire are pleased to be exclusively working with a West Oxfordshire based business to help source an Accounts Assistant to join their team. The position offers a salary of up to £27,000 per annum (based on experience), study support, career progression, 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), free onsite parking.

The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

Filing & Matching purchase orders using electronic POP system

Checking of coding, inputting and filing purchase ledger invoices

Checking of statements for completeness of invoicing

Communicating with suppliers on queries with invoicing

Assisting in the production of cheque runs – pulling and checking invoices for payment

Photocopying of cheques & Sending out

Sorting and distribution of relevant post

General administration

Any other ad hoc duties as required



This role would be ideally suited to an individual with a degree of accounting experience and knowledge, or an AAT studier. You will be willing to learn more within your role, and be a bright, hardworking individual who is keen to get stuck in. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. This role is NOT remote based and will require you to go into the office 5 days a week.

This is a remote location and your own transport is essential.
