I've just partnered with a large scale Pharmaceutical business located in Central Maidenhead.

My client is looking for an Account's Assistant to join the team.

Description

The Key responsibilities for this Accounts Assistant role include:

  • Ledger Month end close activities
  • Full maintenance of the purchase ledger
  • Invoice processing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Reconciling bank statements and monthly credit card statements.

  • Managing all accounts payable queries and liaising with suppliers to resolve issues.

    Assisting withmonth end tasks; management of the prepayments and accruals schedules,fixed

    asset register and completing a depreciation run, budget v actual and inter company loan

    reconciliation.

  • Assisting with audit preparation and annual budgeting tasks.

  • Key Stakeholder communication and relationship building.

Profile

The sucsesful Account's Assistant will have had:

  • Has had previous experience in dealing with large volumes of invoices.
  • Is comfortable working within a close team but also on their own
  • Has thorough experience within a finance role
  • Has previous accounts based work
  • Has exposure to wider finance teams
