Accounts Assistant (10 months Contract) – Caistor – £25,000

I am pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to work as an Accounts Assistant until January 2025 on a fixed term contract.

Accounts Assistant duties include:
  • Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
  • Maintain invoice approval processes
  • Process and reconcile Petty Cash
  • Raising monthly recharge invoices
  • Accurately posting monthly journals
  • Creating new suppliers and customers on the system
  • Expenses and credit card reconciliations
  • Ad-hoc duties

The ideal candidate will:
  • A good understanding of Excel
  • Sound experience in a varied accounts role
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work towards deadlines
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Experience using SAP is desired but not a necessity
