Description

  • Supporting the finance team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Processing invoices and payments accurately and promptly.
  • Maintaining financial files and records.
  • Reconciling bank statements.
  • Working with sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
  • Preparing statutory accounts.
  • Completing VAT return forms.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
