Do you have experience in Accounts and looking for your next challenge? Our client, based in East Cardiff, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Team.

The successful and growing franchise are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum and other benefits. This position is Full-Time and Office Based.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

  • Support the Finance Manager in the issuing of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support the Purchase Ledger team when needed, such as:
  • Reconcile Supplier statements
  • Scan and post Purchase Ledger invoices / credit notes
  • Verify invoices
  • Support the Sales Ledger team when needed, such as:
  • Outbound Credit Control
  • Allocation of customer payments
  • Administer company vehicle fines
  • Any other ad hoc office duties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts role
  • Able to use Excel to an intermediate level
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Good organisational skills
