Accounts Assistant - Leicester - Full-time permanent - £28,000 - £32,000

We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant for a professional services business located in Leicester. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic internal finance team, where you will primarily focus on credit control while also managing various other finance responsibilities such as bank reconciliations, expense processing, and more.

About the Role: As a full-time, permanent Accounts Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the finance team to maintain robust credit control procedures, conduct bank reconciliations, process expenses, and handle other ad-hoc financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing credit control processes, including debt collection and payment processing
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Posting supplier invoices
  • Executing payment runs
