New role - urgent requirement for an experienced Accounts individual to come and join a vibrant finance function ASAP.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a small team.

Job spec:

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Purchase Ledger invoice processing. Reconciling delivery notes and purchase orders to
  • invoices received
  • Purchase Ledger statement reconciliation
  • Maintaining the Sales Ledger Control account
  • Customer Credit Management & statement reconciliation
  • Assist in the preparation of month end and end of year accounts
  • Maintaining Customer information and responding efficiently to queries
  • Other ad hoc duties as required to support the finance function

Person spec:

  • IT proficient in Sage50, Microsoft Office
  • The ability to prioritise and adhere to monthly deadlines
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communications skills
