CMA Recruitment Group are working with a highly successful professional services business based in central Winchester, Hampshire, to help them recruit a temporary Sales Ledger Assistant for c3 months.

What will the Sales Ledger Assistant be responsible for:

  • Managing the full project billing process;
  • Reviewing WIP and ensuring accurate billing for expenses and time;
  • Dealing with any billing queries;
  • Raising invoices, ensuring accuracy and correct billing information;
  • Monitoring the return of invoices.

Suitable candidate for the Sales Ledger Assistant:

  • Prior experience with billing or sales ledger procedures;
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and numerical skills;
  • Good level of excel understanding including v-look ups and pivot tables.
