CMA Recruitment Group is pleased to be partnering with a Whiteley based business to help them recruit a temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant for 3 months. 

What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?

  • Accurate processing, coding, and matching of invoices in accordance with group policies;
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries in a professional manner, on a timely basis and to comply with statutory requirements;
  • Review of invoices on hold and clear in a timely manner;
  • Perform supplier reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:

  • A good team character is important as you will be working as part of the wider finance function to meet deadlines;
  • IT literate including MS Excel/Outlook;
  • Ability to resolve and reconcile issues with limited supervision;
  • Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
