Sherian Maine are partnering with our well know Bournemouth based client to search for a confident Accounts Assistant, with strong customer service skills and reconciliations experience.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the flexibility of 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. 

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Checking daily bank balances
  • Processing Direct Debit payments
  • Resolving any payment queries
  • Processing card refunds

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment and bank reconciliations experience
  • A strong customer focus with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
