A well-established Accountancy business based in Tring are looking for an Accounts Administrator to support an existing well-established team. The individual should have a minimum of two years’ experience within an administration/customer services role. You will the first point of contact to clients/customers so must have exceptional customer services, answer all calls promptly, good administration skills and ability to work in a fast paced office.

The business is based in excellent located offices and offers access to local amenities, free parking and hybrid working. The company encourage employees with their development and will offer on-going training and development.

Duties:

  • Manage the day to day customer queries.
  • Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
  • Process timesheets and invoices.
  • Chase payments when required.

Person Spec:

  • Minimum 2 years office experience
  • Payroll experience would be beneficial
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Very organised
  • Personable and friendly
