Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting our client located in Maidstone who are currently looking for a temporary Accounts Administrator to support them for 3 months to cover an internal staffing project.

The ideal Accounts Administrator would need to be able to conduct the below duties:

Accounts Administrator duties:

  • Process sales ledger invoices by matching, batching, and coding them accurately.
  • Ensure purchase ledger invoices are matched, coded, and batched efficiently.
  • Digitise invoices by scanning them into the accounting system.
  • Proactively pursue outstanding debts to maintain financial health.
  • Distribute statements of account to relevant parties.
  • Issue remittance advices to confirm payment transactions.
  • Manage and maintain the accounts email inbox, ensuring timely responses and organisation.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts-related documents.

You do not require working experience as an Accounts Administrator however you would need to show a passion for numbers and accounts. You would need to fully commit to an office-based position and you are available to start work without any notice, then please apply!
