DK Recruitment are looking for an Accounts Administrator who will be responsible for various financial and administrative tasks to support our clients team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input purchase invoices into accounting software and generate supplier reports.
  • Assist with bank account and credit card reconciliations.
  • Handle payroll data entry, processing, and review tasks.
  • Manage accounting email correspondence and communicate with customers and suppliers.
  • Assist with VAT preparation and submission to HMRC.
  • Complete month-end tasks and maintain accurate records using internal systems.

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of UK Payroll regulations.
