Accounts Administrator

This is a lovely role; you will need to be an extremely competent administrator with an eye for detail and superb organisation skills. If you have studied your AAT and are looking for a route into a role with more of a financial angle, this role will be perfect for you.

Duties will include;

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Managing petty cash administration and company credit card processes
  • Reviewing intercompany cross charges
  • Setting up new customers & suppliers on the business database
  • Managing manual invoices, chasing outstanding documentation and customer paperwork

You must be an experienced administrator to take on this role, but the financial elements can be picked up in training providing you are system savvy and can pick up new processes and procedures.
