Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our client with an immediate start. This opportunity will be an ongoing temporary contract, with the possibility to lead onto a permanent opportunity for the right candidate, due to large growth within the business.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, covering Monday - Friday, with flexible working hours available between the hours of 8am-5pm. This opportunity is office based in Cumbernauld, with hybrid working available once training has been completed.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Logging and resolving invoice queries
  • Raising purchase invoices
  • Checking contracts for any financial flaws
  • Liaise with the credit control team with any support required
  • Dealing with live incoming invoice related calls and email enquiries from different departments
  • Assisting all internal departments with escalated invoice enquiries where necessary

To be considered for this opportunity:

  • Must have strong work experience within a purchase ledger environment, with a minimum of 1 year experience within a corporate/large scale environment
  • Be available immediately
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Competent user of all Microsoft packages including excel and word
