This is a lovely role; you will need to be a competent administrator or finance assistant with an eye for detail and superb organisation skills. If you are an administrator who has studied your AAT and are looking for a route into a role with more of a financial angle, this role will be perfect for you. Alternatively, if you are an experienced finance assistant or sales ledger clerk, this would also work!!

Duties will include;

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Managing petty cash administration and company credit card processes
  • Reviewing intercompany cross charges
  • Setting up new customers & suppliers on the business database
  • Managing manual invoices, chasing outstanding documentation and customer paperwork

You must have experience of financial administration or office administration to take on this role, but the financial elements can be picked up in training providing you are system savvy and can pick up new processes and procedures.
The role is potentially available on a full time or part time basis and is advertised separately for full time...... please apply to the other advert if you would like full time..... just to simplify the process!!

Apply by uploading an up-to-date CV. For further details, please call Emma Lewis on
