REED are exclusively recruiting for a manufacturing equipment supplier based in Poole, recruiting an Accounts Admin Manager for Part Time (4 days a week) or Full Time hours. This is an exciting role joining a growing SME company under new ownership. The role is newly created and varied in tasks, working alongside the Owner and with the team.

You should be comfortable working on your own initiative, a self starter and a genuine Team player

Accounts Admin Manager

Salary (£26,000 - £28,000) per annum - Permanent position

4 days / full time hours

Poole, office based

The Role

  • Accountancy / Admin / Sales Support duties
  • Accountancy - ESSENTIAL experience using Sage, Bank Reconciliations, Debtors and Creditors, Purchase Orders / Invoices.
  • Offering Sales support to the team as and when necessary
  • Administration duties, acknowledging and recording customer orders and producing reports as and when required.
  • Additional duties as required
  • Adaptable and flexible t support colleagues as and when
