Accountant

Robert Half Cambridge is recruiting for an Interim Accountant for a client based near Huntingdon.

Our client is happy to consider both full time and part time candidates.

For the right candidate there could be potential for a permanent position.

You will need to be available immediately and happy to be based in the office.

For the right candidate our client can look to pay £20 per hour plus (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Cashflow
• Fixed Asset Register and post depreciation
• Accruals, Prepayments and other journals
• Reconciling control accounts
• Preparation of monthly management accounts which includes Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Variance Analysis with supporting commentary
• Budget reporting
• Assist in managing and creating budgets
• Assist with Year End

Attributes

• Qualified or Qualified by experience
• Experience with SAGE
• Proactive, able to hit the ground running
