Salary Dep on exp: £37k to £52k

Key Responsibilities:
  • Year-End Accounts Preparation: Craft detailed income and expenditure reports.
  • Service Charge Accounts: Produce and review accurate service charge accounts.
  • Account Reconciliation: Ensure precise and timely account reconciliations.
  • Service Charge Demands: Raise and manage service charge demands efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with stakeholders, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
  • System Setup: Set up properties on systems seamlessly.
  • Annual Audit Compliance: Fulfil annual audit requests diligently.
  • Report Production: Generate insightful reports and present them to the board when required.
  • Compliance: Adhere to the Service Charge Residential Management Code.
  • General Bookkeeping: Handle bookkeeping duties, including paying invoices and monitoring financial records.

  • Experience: Proven experience in preparing service charge accounts.
  • Skills: Strong reconciliation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in using accounting systems
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
