Accountant for General Practice

£35,000 - £45,000 plus free car parking, excellent benefits, flexible working, and holidays

This is a highly respected and established firm with a commercial outlook and a growing business

We are looking to recruit an individual who is either Qualified by Experience (QBE) or ACCA/ACA Part -Qualified with previous experience within a practice accountancy environment (probably working in an accountancy practice now)

You will be accountable for:

• Preparation and finalisation of accounts for Limited Companies, Partnerships and LLPs
• Managing own workload and assisting more junior accountants
• Managing a portfolio of client accounts
• Meeting clients face to face
• Offer bespoke accountancy and taxation advice
• The completion of year-end accounts, CT600, and Corporation Tax computations
• Co-ordination and management of payroll, VAT, and administration duties

Essentials:

• Practice experience
• Able to maintain / build solid working relationships
• Attention to detail
