Account Manager

The Account Manager will be joining a successful Client Services Team, and be responsible for the management and delivery of all client requirements. This is a hybrid role, with visits to the office once per week.
Key responsibilities for the Account Manager will include:
- Develop and maintain a rapport with key client stakeholders, in order to manage expectations and ensure value added service provision
- Establish and maintain tactical relationships with clients, applying a commercial and value-added approach to client briefings
- Manage end to end production workflow including associated communications with client, internal stakeholders
- Support preparation for client contract review meetings and client development opportunities
- Ensure all procurement activity adheres to commercial strategy and guidelines
- Delivers business and account objectives via business processes and systems
What we are looking for in the Account Manager:
- Ability to take client briefs and change requests via face to face or by email and manage client projects from brief through to production
- Understand Data, Transactional and Direct Mail production as well as an understanding of Downstream Access and Retail Postal Services.
- Experience of Transactional/Direct Mail Print
- Proven influencing and negotiations skills
- Excellent project management skills, having experience of delivering projects on time and to budget
- Multi-element campaign management
