Adecco are proud to be working exclusively with an expanding company who are seeking an Account Manager.

Salary: Up to £40,000 p/a

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Duration of contract: Permanent

Location: Basildon

Duties:

  • Answer calls and queries from customers
  • Up-selling products to current customers
  • Check trends and ways to improve business
  • Monitor customer spend and check product popularity

Skills:

  • Experience in account management/sales/customer service
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great attention to details
