We are seeking a Customer Account  Coordinator to act as the liaison between our customers and the factory, ensuring efficient order planning and On Time In Full delivery. This role is integral to supporting the supply chain team with admin, working closely with other internal departments.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer-related queries from external customers.
  • Handle the receipt, processing, and analysis of customer orders and forecasts for existing and launch products.
  • Take ownership of customer order books and manage all related communication.
  • Communicate obsolete input materials, finished goods stock, and production information to customers.
  • Relay customer demand and information to the internal organisation.
  • Play a leading role in customer performance reporting, analysis, and reviewing.
  • Liaise extensively with internal departments and external parties to ensure clear communication and effective execution of the role.
  • Monitor and challenge On Time In Full results to ensure objectives are met.
  • Complete daily and monthly reporting.
  • Maintain the integrity of the X3 ERP system through regular cleansing of sales and works orders.
  • Participate in  improvement plans.
  • Provide ad hoc cover to the rest of the Supply Chain team as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good standard of general education, including AS level Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Outlook, and ERP software.
  • Understanding or experience of working in an FMCG environment.
  • Experience working directly with external customers.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and associated lead times.
  • Confident communication with external and internal stakeholders via telephone and face-to-face.

Desirable:

  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel, Outlook, and ERP software skills (Sage X3 preferred).
  • Experience in a cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with change management processes.
  • Fluency in French.

Essential Skill Requirements:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
