Join our Sales and Business Development team as an Inside Sales Specialist, playing a key role in driving LEA’s growth and optimizing our CRM system for sales success.

Responsibilities:

• CRM Management: Keep the CRM system organized and up-to-date, ensuring timely follow-ups and management of sales conversations across various communication platforms.

• Sales Strategy Execution: Work with Business Developers to enhance the sales pipeline, achieve sales targets, and execute sales strategies. This includes managing calendars for speaking events, organizing monthly webinars on topics like coaching and leadership, and more.

• Policy Development: Help in crafting and revising the Sales and Business Development manual, policies, and procedures. • Social Media Engagement: Schedule and engage with posts across social media platforms to boost brand visibility and client engagement.

Additional Duties:

• Uphold legal and ethical business practices.

• Advise on and assist with departmental plans.

• Contribute to content creation for events and oversee logistical arrangements.

• Collaborate on refining marketing content and strategies to improve online presence.

• Facilitate clear communication for projects and client interactions.

• Regularly update and distribute the company newsletter.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships.

• Manage lead responses and follow-ups using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and WhatsApp.

• Stay informed about competitors to inform strategy adjustments. Who You Are:

• Proficient in Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.

• Knowledgeable in ZOHO One for project management and CRM functionalities.

• Skilled in Business Consultancy, Communication, and Project Management.

• Structured and disciplined in managing tasks and projects, with a focus on organization and execution.

• Accountable and results-driven, with strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A team player with a dynamic and flexible attitude, ready to adapt to changes.

• Committed to working in a diverse and inclusive environment, fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Dedicated to continuous personal and professional development, open to coaching for career and life advancement.
