Account Manager

R13 Recruitment are pleased to be working with a trusted Norwich-based business in their search for an Account Manager on a temp to perm basis. Joining their tight knit team, you will be liaising with customers, providing support on queries and upselling/cross-selling where possible.

Based in Norwich, this is a full-time, temporary position that will become permanent. You will be working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm & every other Saturday 9am-3pm. The offered salary is competitive depending on experience.

The day to day

• Handling incoming telephone queries, providing support & guidance to customers.
• Accurately inputting & updating customer information on the company system.
• Actively following up with sales leads.
• Managing customer accounts, ensuring needs are being met.
• Seeking opportunities to upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
• Additional ad hoc duties to support the business.

You will have/be

• Previous experience in a sales/customer service role.
• Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to effectively prioritise workload.
• Flexible and adaptable.
