Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth? We're looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our clients dynamic team and take their client partnerships to new heights.

Description of the role:

• Secure new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships within the cosmetics industry.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability within assigned customer accounts.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and margin expectations.
• Identify and prospect potential clients within target market segments.
• Prepare contact reports, quotations, and production orders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Manage risks and opportunities, reporting findings to the Sales Director.
• Assume commercial responsibility for pricing and after-sales support.

About you:

• Proven track record as an Account Manager, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
