Account Manager

My client a well-respected Property Company in Oxfordshire is looking for an Account Manager to join their highly successful and growing team.

The successful Account Manager will be offered:

• An attractive basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
• OTE £50,000 - £60,000

As an Account Manager, your role will involve but not be limited to:

• Responsible for successfully targeting, engaging, and bringing onboard new prospects as well as managing and growing existing accounts in the region.
• Work successfully with our internal team to meet the needs of both the business and our clients to maximise client engagement and enhance the customer experience
• Forecast and track key metrics and undertake regular reporting both internally and externally
• Manage and coordinate efficient onboarding processes with the provider; both externally and internally
• Active monitoring of the cost efficiency and overall performance of the various providers
• Identify and build strategic relationships with customers directly to aid in pipeline generation
• Maintain a high level of contact with customers, prospects and introducers

To be considered for the Account Manager you must have:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, or equivalent role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening and organisational abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects whist maintaining a sharp attention to detail
• Experience with Account Management Software is desirable but not essential
• Experience within the property industry would be desirable but not essential
